IiOUSING INSPECTOR REPORT <br />PROM: MARIAN D�N1', C[TY OF EVERETT, HOUSING INSPGCTOR <br />DATE: SEPTEMBER 20, 1995 <br />SUBJ: 2016 120TH PL SE., EVERETT, WA <br />I went ro this address today on a routine moniroring inspection and saw a rcnovated <br />building. <br />The interior of the building is unGnished but shows signs of rooms being added or <br />dimensions changed. Thcre is plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work underway. <br />Exterior steps have been added which do not meet code requirements for landings or <br />handrails. <br />The roof of the building has been repl�ced and there has been strucmral changes <br />throughout the building. 'I'here appears to be insufflcient attic ventilation <br />A check of the Building Inspection Division files indicated that permits were issued on <br />9-19-95 for electrical and piumbing work. <br />All structural work performed requires permits. Plans are rcquired for room <br />dimensions, along with emergency egress and rescue plans. <br />There is a lack of sufficient foundation supports within the pier and post foundation. <br />�,�a <br />
