The building is open to the public. <br />2. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing and heating have bern <br />destroyed. <br />3. There are holes in walls and floors. <br />4. There is garbage and trash throughout the structure. <br />5. Garbage is deposited on the property. <br />6. A check of thP City of Everett records indicates that the plumbing <br />system is not connectee :o an available sewer system. <br />7. There is a lack of prntectlon for the structure from the elemPnts. <br />fi. The structure is an attractive nuisance to minor children. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy Y.hese conditions.
