Your new Phase II will <br />genorate 2.17 unhoused students at the middle and high school levels. We have <br />capacity at Silver Lake Elementary so there is no elementary impact. <br />Mitigation for the 12 single family townhouses in Phase II will be 53,124.80 <br />calculated as follows; 2.17 unhoused students x�1,440 per student =$3,124.80. <br />As outlined in the agreement, payment is required prior to and as a condition o( the <br />issuance of the building permit for Phase II. Any adjustment in the number of <br />dwelling units shall result fn a corresponding pro rate adjustment or re(und in the <br />mitlgation payment. <br />Please siyn for Schneider Homes, Inc., where indicated and return one (1) copy to <br />us.
