In accordance with Section 448131, <br />the Phase II proposal is not vested under the previous Zoning Code. <br />DeCision: <br />The Planning Director has determined that Phese I of the Casper Creek proposalis <br />vested under the previous 2oning Code, provided a shoreline substantial <br />development permit is issued for the proposal, and provided a completed building <br />permit application is filed within 90 deys pursuant to such approval which filing <br />results in issuance of e permit. <br />The Planning Director has also determined that Phase II ot the Casper Creek proposal <br />is not vested under the previous 2oning Code and must be designed in eccordance <br />with the current 2oning Code. <br />Property owners within 300 feet of the subject lot mey eppeal the Planning <br />Director's decision no later than y�ust 10. 1992.
