EASEMENT PROVISIONS <br />An easement is 6eteby reserved for and granted to Any Ciry, Any Power Company, <br />Washington Natural Gas Company, Any Telephone Company, Any Cable Company and <br />other utilities, and their respcctive successors and assigns, under and upon the front 10 <br />feet of all lots and acts: parallel with and aJjoining ezisting or proposed access right oF <br />way in which to instaii, lay, construct, reoew, operate and mainlain uRJerground <br />distribution systems with necessary far.ilities and other eyuipment fur the purpose of <br />serving this subdivision, and other propercy, with udGty services, toget6er with the right <br />to eater upon the lots at all times for the purposes herein stated. Also, all lots shall be <br />subject to an easement 2.5 feet in widt6, parallel with and adjacent to all interior and rear <br />lot lines for the purposes of utilities and drainage. These easements, entered upan for <br />these purposes, shail be restored, as aear as possible, to their original conditiou.
