Your new Phase II will <br />generate 2.17 unhoused studenta at the middls and hiph school levels. We have <br />capadty at Silver Laka Eiementary so thera is no elementary impact. <br />Mitiqetlon tor the 12 sinple tamily townhousos in Phw II will bs 53,124.80 <br />calcwated as follows; 2.17 unhoused students x 51,440 per student . f3,124.80. <br />As outlined in ths aqresment, payment is requirsd prior to and as a conditlon af the <br />issuance of tha buildinq pe►m�t (or Phase II. Any edjustmerrt in the number of <br />dwelliny unib shall result in a conespondinq pro rate adjustment or re(und in the <br />mitigation payment. <br />Please sign for Schneider Homes, Inc., where indcated and return ane (1) copy to <br />us.
