Casper Creek Townhouses 88-4555
2/04/93 CRO
Revised 7/15/93
BIOFILTRATION SWALE DESIGN
Determine the high water level In the creek at the swale d(scharge Iocation.
A survey crew visited the site and determined:
1) the elevation of the current water surface etevation in the creek and
2) the elevation of what appeared to be the high water mark on the
creek bank
A phone conversation with Jane Zimmerman at the City of Everett revealed that the
apparent high vater mark surveyed by the crews was caused by a beaver dam
blocking the creek and was not typical of the actual high water elevation in tho
creek. It was decided by Ray Miller (Group Four, Inc.) and Jane Zimmerman that
an elevation approximatety one foot lower than this elevation (527.40') would be
used as the swale outlet elevation. The swale & plans were revised to reilect this
change.
'
