M E M O R A N D U M <br />Tos Gordon Witcher <br />:FROMs Jane Zimmerman <br />DATEs February 25, 1993 <br />OOBJECTs Plan Review, SEPA 92-89, Casper Creek <br />Townhouses <br />i have the following comments after reviewing th.e subject <br />plans: <br />COND�TIONB OF APPROVAL <br />A number of the SEPA conditions for this project have not <br />been met. Copies of the appropriate pages, with unmet <br />surface water requirements circled and highlighted, have <br />been attached to this memo. <br />CALCULATIONB <br />Aetention: <br />A completed City of Everett Drainage Calculation Form must <br />be submitted to the City for review and approval, showing <br />the required detention volume and the allowable release <br />rate. <br />The stage-storaqe relationship of the pond must also be <br />submitted to show that the pond has the capacity to store <br />the required detention volume. <br />Orifice calculations must be submitted for the control <br />structure. <br />If an HPA is required for this site, the detention system <br />must be designed to meet both Dept. of Fisheries release <br />requirements and City of Everett�s release requirementa. <br />City standards for this subbasin require that the discharge <br />from the developed site for the ?5 year storm does not <br />Pxceed the discharge from the undeveloped site the l0 year <br />storm. <br />
