The site is located <br />, as shown on the attached Vicinity Map, Silver Lake II, Figure 1. We have <br />� proceeded based on your October 9, 1987 verbal authorization. Our scape of <br />work and a cost estimate for this project was outlined in aur confirmation <br />letter dated October 14, 1987. <br />., The purpose of our study was to explore and evaluate subsurface soil and <br />groundwater conditions as a basis for formulating preliminary geotechnical <br />� recommendations for use in the design and construction of the proposed <br />� development. <br />1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />We understand the project wi11 include developing a ten-acre property at the <br />south end of Silver Lake in south Snohomish County. A series of two or three <br />story woadframe apartments are proposed with the associated asphalt paved <br />driveways and parking lots. No below grade structures are proposed. Building <br />locations have not been determined. <br />Although exact building loads are unavailabte at the present time, foundatian <br />loads are expected to be moderately heavy. Wall and column loads are expected <br />to be on the order of three to four kips per linear foot and 20 to 30 kips, <br />respectively, for all live and dead loads. <br />GOIDER 1550CUTE9.
