_�g_ <br />A aiqnificant portion of the project's trips will <br />impact the intersections of: <br />121st Street S.E. at 19th Avenue <br />116th Street S.E. at 19th Avenue <br />112th Street S.E. at 19th Avenue <br />Silver Lake Road at 112th Street <br />7th Avenue S.E. at 112th Street <br />110th Street S.E. at 13th Avenue <br />100th Street S.E. at 19th Avenue <br />E1 Capitan way/I-5 Ramp at 19th <br />S.R. 526 at Broadway Avenue <br />S.E. <br />S.E. <br />S.E. <br />S.E. <br />S.E. <br />S.E. <br />S.E. <br />Avenue S.E. <br />3. Currently, only the intersections of 112th Street S.E. <br />with 19th Avenue and S.R. 526 with Sroadway Avenue has <br />a LOS which is below 'D'. The current p.m. peak hour <br />LOS at those in:ersections are 'E' and 'F' <br />respectively. <br />4. 8y 1995, with the traffic from adjacent developmenl•s <br />and normal background growth, the p.m. peak hour level <br />of service at the 19th Avenue S.E. 121st Street S.E., <br />112th Street S.E./7th Avenue S.E., 19th Avenue <br />S.E./100th Street S.E. and 19th Avenue S.E./E1 Capitan <br />Way will be at or below 'E'. Project qenerated <br />traffic will not cause any LOS inadequacies but will <br />simply exacerbate those which will exist in 1995. <br />5. Sy 1995 with the projec:, traffic volumes on 19th <br />Ave.�ue S.E, will exceed 20,000 v.p.d. on all links <br />between 112th Street S.E. and 132nd Street S.E. This <br />volume exceeds the capaciLy of the street in it's <br />current configuration. Widening to five lanes is <br />warranted. <br />6. As a means of mitiqatinq current deficiencies as well <br />as the project's impacts, ceratin improvements have <br />been proposed. Those improvements are described in <br />the Adverse �ons�auenees and Mitlaatina Measures <br />aection of the report. Coats and proportionate �hares <br />are deacribed in the Caoital imerovements section of <br />the report. The locations of improvements and the <br />proportionake share cost which can be attributed to <br />"Casper Creek" are: <br />79th Avenue Wideninq, <br />112th St. S.E. to 116th St. S.E. S 1,856.07 `� <br />116th St. S.E. to 121st St. S.E. S 4,965.51 <br />121st St. S.E. to 132nd St. S.E.
