When acceas to or within a sWcture or an erea is unduly difficult because of <br />s�curod openinps or where immediete access is necessary for lif�saving or fire <br />fiphtlny purposes, the Fire Department may recommend or requiro a key box to <br />b� in�talbd in an accessible locatlon. A rapid entry system may also be <br />desirtble in order to avoid unnecessary damage while makiny entry to any <br />buildinp durinfl an emeryency situatlon. <br />35. ConsWction activitias on the site must be in confortnance with the City of <br />Everett Noiss Ordinance, EMC Chapter 20.08. This precludes ihe operation o( <br />loud construction equipment between the houn of ten p.m. and seven a.m. on <br />weekdays and six p.m. and eipht a.m. on Saturdaya, Sundays, and state- <br />recopnized holidaya. <br />38. The dreinape <br />plan may need to diroct rooftop runoff to the wetland aroea. <br />2. Whw� point source discharpea do not oaur under undevelopea <br />conditloru, such discharpes should be avoided. Techniques thet resutt in <br />dhp�rs�d aisch�r'p�, such a� diapersion trenrhes or buried psrforated pipe <br />loc�d at wrtlarrl buffer edyes, can be ussd to mimic naturally oxurting sheet <br />flow krio rwtlands. <br />4. Conditlon 18 of the MDNS requiroa that stortnwater be treated throuqh <br />vapetat�d awd�s and olVwatK separators or throuph wetponds prior to <br />discherye from the site or into strsam� or wstlmds. To keep hyCmcarbons, <br />pestiadea, nuVisnt and secliment pollutlon from ths wetland�, th� pra�Jiny plan <br />should provid� for a small bertn around all ot fh� wstlands to prsvsnt flow into <br />them.
