We would like to offer the followinq <br />comments: <br />TRANSPORTATION: <br />1. There will be impacts from thia development on the County road <br />system which should be mitiqated per the requirements of SCC 26B. <br />Snohomish County and the City of Everett have not approved an in- <br />terlocal agr.eement reqardinq 26B SCC obligations for traffic im�- <br />pacts of projects within the City. The City of Everett, there- <br />fore, are the lead agency in the instant application and will set <br />forth traffic impact mitigation for impacts to City/County roads <br />at this time. <br />The subject development is located within Transportation Service <br />Area (TSA) "D".
