The City Parks and Recreat!.on Department will provide <br />on-going maintenance, littec contcol, supe�vision, to <br />the public access area. Furthermore, the City will <br />provide the control gates and entrance landscaping at <br />either or both ends of the public access route. <br />24. This corridor will be limited to <br />�.edestrian traEfic and lightweight City maintenance <br />vehicles. <br />27. A five-foot wide landscaped barri=_r be pro��ided on the <br />north side oE the commercial packing lot to provide <br />separation between the parking area and pedestrian <br />access corridor. <br />28. The Applicant shall provide two loading bays for the <br />commercial building per Sec. 19.40.070 E.M.C. <br />29. The Applicant shall provide a minimum of 5 feet oE <br />landscaped separation between the roadway corridor west <br />oE the commercial building and the adjacent residential <br />uses. <br />30. The Applicant must meet all parking code requirements <br />Eor commeccial development with the shopping center <br />standard being 1 parking space per 200 square feet of <br />yross floor area or 160 spaces required Eor a structure <br />the size proposed. <br />31. All signage must comply with the requirements of the <br />Snohomish County Shor�line Master Program (See Exhibit <br />q7g) �nd the City of Bverett Zoning Code (19.19.G.7 and <br />i9.27.G.7 E.M.C.). Code compliance wil.l be determined <br />by the a7•3nning Department after reviewing detailed <br />plans for signage submitted by the appl:cant prior to <br />permit issuance. <br />
