The site is located in the City of Everett. The City of <br />Everett, hc+wever, has not amended its Shoreline Master <br />Program to include the subject propert•✓ Therefore, the <br />City is relying upon the terms and guidelines ci the <br />Snohomish County Master Procram which desiona'_es the <br />subject property as an Urban Environment, and, the <br />Zoning Code of the City oE Eve:ett has the controlling <br />authorities for the Permit. <br />Silv?r Lake is not � shoreline of state�.�ide sianificsnce <br />as defined in RCW 90.58.030(2)(ei. Further, the <br />Snohomish County hfaster Program does not desianate <br />Silver Lake as a shoreline of =�atewide significance. <br />Although the lake is desianated in the Shoreline Master <br />Program of ttie City of CvFratt a= a shoreline of <br />slatewide significance, Ord+'.nance 723-80, Section 3(i) <br />removed the designation. AccordingLy, Silver Lake i= <br />not treated as a shorelira of statewide =ignif.icance for <br />this P�rmit CPQU?SC revic�w. <br />
