INTRODUCTiON On March 28, 1�86, a Decision granting a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit was issued by the Evecett Hearing Examiner_ Subsequent to the issuanc� of the Findings of T'act„ the Applicant, Allen Currier, made a request for eeconsideration dated Apcil 11, 19�6. No heacing was immediately set Eoc the request. On May 6, 1986, a Stipulation and an A,.•reement between the City of Everett and the Applicant modify:�g the Permit was submitted to the Hearing Examiner Offic� for approval. Upon review of the Stipulation and Agreement, an Order Eo� clarification of the ��roposed Stipulaticn and nyreement was issued. That Order was issued on May 20, 1986. On June 2, 1986, a cesponse to the May 20, 1986 C_der was cubmitted by the Gverett Planning Department. On June 3, 1986, a memo was received from the Ap�licant stating concuerence with all aspects of the response of the Ci�y of June 2, 1986. Upon review of the City's response and upon r?view of the various documents that we[e filed in this matter subsequent to the issuance of the Decision, an Or�3er for an additional hearing for the review oE the proposed Stipulation and Agreement was issued.
