All utility systems must be installed undergcour,d to <br />service this project. <br />4�. The first floor elevation on all units in the project <br />shall be 32 Eeet, at a minimum based on Applicant's <br />survey data, to flood proof said structures and that all <br />other req��irements of Sec. 19.11.050 2 Eb1C shall be met. <br />43.
