Firsl, the site plan does not exhibit two separate recrcational areas as <br />outlined in the original shoreline �:nnit conditions. 7he recreation are� <br />and amenities provided by the pool is sufficien[, howevcr, it was also <br />rcquircd that the proponent also provide a children's play area.
