Firsl, the site plan does not exhibit two separate recrcational areas as <br />outlined in the original shoreline �:nnit conditions. 7he recreation are� <br />and amenities provided by the pool is sufficien[, howevcr, it was also <br />rcquircd that the proponent also provide a children's play area. IVe <br />recommend that this play area be constructed in the western portion o[ the <br />proposed devclopment. �finimwn 40 by AO arca. <br /><. 71ie proponent should provide a 10-foot maintenance access and pullouts on <br />the proposed site.
