Any grading/fill on this site shali be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. (SEPA Earth, land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />2. The Everett School Disvict has wmmented that the projxt will adversely <br />impact the School Di�rict (sx atmched letta). 'Ilie Applic�nt must ne�otiate <br />with the School Disuict rcgarding a mitigation agrament. Prior to finalization <br />of thc SEPA determinadon, a wntun letter or agrament must be provided to <br />the City by the School Disuict or Applicant. (SEPA Pubiic Services and <br />Utilides Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is <br />not requircd under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determinadon assumu compliance <br />with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protocdon <br />includin4 but not limited w rightof-way improvement cequirert►a►ts, drainaYe, etc. <br />Thia dac�ron was made aRer review of a rnmpleted environmental chacklist and otha <br />informadon on file with the lead agency.
