Detailed dra:nage calculations aill be required irom the applicant to determine on-site detontica volucue. In lieu of providing on-site detention, payment to City Drainage Fund j40 is allowed per Ordinance 670-80. The detention requirements for this site will Lnalude the lost volume of natural detention. The volume of natural detention must be agreed upon prior to permit issuance. (SEPA Utilities Policy) 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all tlmes during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as dir�eted by the Public Works Inspector per the CSty's Standards and Specifications Manual (SEPA Earth Policies).
