17. The premises rust be clearly identified by address at <br />the street er._ry. Each building must be clearly <br />identified, so as to be visible and leqible from the <br />access road. Premise identification and all required Fire Department <br />access roads and fire hydrants must be in service prior <br />to commencement of construction. <br />19. When access to or within a structure or an area is <br />unduly difficult because of secured openings or where <br />immediate access is necessary for life savinq or fire- <br />fighting purposes, the Fire Department may recommend or <br />require a key box to be installed in an accessible <br />location. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burninq. <br />Therefore, outdoor burning for the purpose of disposing <br />of construction debris or rubbish will not be <br />permitted. <br />21. Fire safety practices durinq construction must be in <br />compliance wlth the Uniform Fire Code, Article 87. <br />22. Any security fence erected around the construction site <br />must be located so as to not obstruct any existing <br />hydrant, fire protection equipment, or Fire Department <br />access. <br />23. An approved automatic fire detection system must be <br />provided as required by Chapter 16.76 of the Everett <br />Municipal Code. <br />Plans for such system must be submitted to the Fire <br />Marshall for review and approval prior to installation. <br />Submittal sha11. include cut sheets of ell equipment <br />intended for use. Appropriate trip tests, witnessed by <br />the Fire Department inspector, muat be performed prior <br />to final acceptance of the system. <br />Fire alarm systems must be installed under permit of <br />the City of Everett Building Department.
