Everett Municip,31 Code furthe; establishes that all properties within 150 feet of an <br />available publir, sanitary sewer, who fail to connect after notice by the City, shall pay to <br />the City an arnount equal to the sewer service charges established for other users of <br />like kind. All iates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer connection <br />charges applicable at such time as the property is connected. It is the City's intent to <br />begin the applicable monthly sewer service charge, currently $36.40 per month for a <br />single family reeidence, if this charge has not already been started. <br />A sewer connection to the City of Everett's public sewer system requires payment of <br />various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, comrr�arcial type, and <br />outstanding area bond and/or latecomer charges. This letter is intended for the current <br />owner of the listed property.
