Everett Municipal Code further establishes that all prope�ties within 150 feet of an <br />available public sanitary sevier, who fail to connect after notice by the City, shall pay to <br />the City an amount equal to the sewer service �harges established for other users of <br />like kind. All rates and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer c�nnection <br />charges applicable at such time as the property is connected. It is the City's intent to <br />begin the applicable monthly sewer service charge, currently $38.40 per month for a <br />single family residence, if this charge has not already been started. <br />A sewer �onnection to the City of EveretYs public sewer system requires payment of <br />various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, commercial type, and <br />outstanding area bond and/or latecomer charges. This letter is intended for the current <br />owner of the listed property.
