In that letter you were <br />requested to connect to the public sanitary sewer system or request a waiver. <br />Additionally, if the charge has not already started, properties who fail to connect after <br />notice by the City must begin paying the current sewer service rate established for <br />single family residences such as yours. <br />In the letter, as a requirement prior to having your waiver request considered, it <br />stated that "...at the owners expense, the Snohomish Health District certifies, in <br />writing, to the Public Works Department that the existing system is operational." We <br />did not receive this certification with your request. Please contact the Health District <br />at once at 425-339-5250 and arrange for this certiflcation.
