No wasting of material Is allowed on this building lot. <br />Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City o( Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A <br />& 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused <br />driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />Install a Type I concrele driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway irom the front property line out to the street paving. <br />Contact the Water District (or connecting provisions for this building's <br />water and sewer services. <br />A catch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is <br />required for the parking area. <br />If a sewer pump system is to be instailed, the pressure line must discharge into a private <br />manhole, then gravity (low across the public right-ot-way. <br />A sprinkler system is required for this building in complian�e with the requiremenls of NFDA <br />Standards 13D. <br />rY;Cr.mmynh <br />2%L ) <br />
