In that letter you were <br />requested to connect to the public sanitary sewer system or request a wai�oer. <br />Additionally, if the charge has not already started, properties who fail to connect after <br />notice by lhe City must begin paying the current sewer service rate established for <br />single family residences such as yours. <br />In the letter, as a requirement prior to having your waiver req�est considered, it <br />stated that "...at the owners expense, the Snohomish H��alth District certifies, in <br />writing, to the Public Works Department that the existing system is operational." We <br />did not receive this certification with your request. Please contact lhe Health District <br />at once at 425-339-5250 and arrange for this certification.
