Ms. Maag said she spoke with a public works crewman named Mr. Amold and was told �hat the runot( wcs coming hom the Safeway, that thero was no wate+r holdback at Sa�eway and tho draln pipos havo not boon taken Care of, therefore the water has no place to go except into Silver Lake.
