'Che charges for water delivered, throu�h all. <br />service connections located outside the city limits shall be paid imder the <br />;epplicable schedule as set forth in Section 14. 1G.740 for all type�� of <br />metered services except those which may be served under z written con- <br />tract separate and apart frcm this chapter. <br />Plan Required--I�stension. At lhe time an application for water scrvice <br />nutside the city limits is made to the �va[er department, the applir.int <br />siiall file •.vith the department, a drawing showing the property to be <br />servel together with a description thereof and location of all proposeel <br />�vater pipe thereon. No extension of �vater pipes within or beyond the <br />boundar,y of the property shown cm the drawing shall be permitteu �vithout ' <br />first havuig submitted a sup,,lementary drawinp, for approval by the water <br />dcpartinent. • <br />Single Representative. All customers served throu�h a master meter <br />shall designate one representative who shall he responsible _or all matter.; <br />relating to service throu�h the maeter meter, including payment of water � <br />bills and required notifications to the city. I;ach representative as desig-� <br />nated above, shall notify the water department on a monthly basis o£ the � <br />number of services connected to the master meter. <br />Customer to Provide Storage.
