To <br />facilitate �lie County or State, the City of Everett would likc to establiyh a set of <br />requirements to guide your initial response to thosc requesting water service. <br />The City of Everett �vill provide a service tap at its right oC way bound:u�,y to an <br />applicant if: <br />1. The surrounding water districts will not provide scrvice for the <br />applicant, and a written statement from tlie associated districts <br />to that effect has been obtained. <br />2. The applicant agrees to participate in future �vater districts when <br />established and to relinquish thc individual servicc at that time. <br />3. The applicant has County or Statc approved plans foi• �vater �ervice <br />and fire proteclinn, if applicable. <br />4. Access to tlle property is provide3 and approved by those p�'ties <br />concerned, public or private, when the applicant does not front on <br />our transmission main right of way. (If private property is crossed, <br />an casement must be recorded with property descripticn. if public <br />property must be crossed, then written nermission from the appro- <br />priate authority is required). <br />5, The applicant agrees to accept interruptible scrvice and provide <br />any necessary storage. <br />6.
