A copy of the lut inspection showing requested corrections is enclosed. The <br />Uniform Building Code provides that �II permiu expire by limitation if the work authoriud <br />by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time aher work is commenced for a period of <br />180 days. If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of <br />completion, you may; <br />;aa <br />or <br />1) Request an inspeccion of work that hu occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />2) Request final inspe�tion if the work is completed, <br />3) Submi: a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Pleue respond within 10 days. After that time the fle will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microflming without fina! approval.
