Expected to last 15 minutes. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> (1) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $2,143,805.82 for the period of January 30, 2010 through February 5, 2010 <br /> (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $3,529,028.98 for the period ending January 30, 2010 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually) <br /> (3) Adopt Resolution waiving public bidding requirements and approve sole source purchase of solar <br /> powered trash compactors from Big Belly Solar in the amount of $145,137.74, including <br /> Washington State Sales Tax <br /> (4) Award Bid 2009-092 for purchase of thirteen new surface aerators from Aqua-Aerobic Systems, <br /> Inc in the amount of $242,001.20, including Washington State Sales Tax <br /> (5) CB 1001-05 — 3rd and final Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance providing for the submission <br /> of a proposition, at an April 27, 2010 special election, allowing the City to set the emergency <br /> medical services property tax levy up to the previously approved rate of fifty cents ($0.50) per <br /> one thousand ($1,000) assessed valuation in 2011 and increasing the levy thereafter as allowed <br /> under Chapter 84.55 RCW <br /> (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2010 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan Application Form <br /> for the Tulalip Water Pipeline Segment No. 3 <br /> (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment A to Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan No. <br /> DM09-952-032 <br /> (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Department of Commerce Capital Grant <br /> Agreement - Contract Number: S10-97101-001 <br /> AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE <br />
