If you look at the floor plan of the basement you could interpret <br /> the"Laundry /Storage" area as being the area that cannot be converted into a living space <br /> (the plans arc not kept as part of the permanent file). The covenant also refers to the <br /> "HOMES ON SAID LOT I i..." Maybe just a typo but something that could be <br /> interpreted as an approval for an additional living unit. <br /> On the same lot, it appears that the house is in the front setback approximately 5'. The <br /> plat map shows a 20' setback from the front property line. The applicant has incorrectly <br /> shown the side setback lines extending beyond the 20' setback out to the 10' utility <br /> easement. <br /> The plat map also requires a North—South cross section to be submitted before permits <br /> can be issued. 1 don't know if that is something that you would review or if it is <br /> something Public works would review. <br /> I have some concerns on the plans themselves but 1 want to get the other issues resolved <br /> before I contact Rusty. <br /> Call me at X8976 if you have any questions or concerns. <br /> Thanks <br /> Jeff Heilman <br />
