To <br />facilitate the County or State, the City of Everett would like ko establish a set of <br />requirements to guide your initial response to those requestS.ng water service. <br />The City of Everett �vill provide a service tap at its righE of vray bouadazy E� an <br />applicant if: <br />1. The surrounding water districts �vill not provide service for the <br />applicant, and a written statement from the associated districts <br />to th�t effect has been obtained. <br />2. <br />3 <br />The applicant agrees to participate in futise water districts when <br />established and to relinquish the individual service at that time. <br />The applic:uit has County or SEate app^ovecl plans for water service <br />and fire protection, if applicable. <br />4. Access to the property is provided and approved by those parties <br />concenied, public or private, svhen the applicani does not front on <br />our tr?nsmission main right oF tivay. (If private property is cr�ssed, <br />an easement must be recorded with px•opert-,� description.
