6 <br /> 18. Choice of Law. This Agreement-shall be governed by the Washington <br /> common law of privilege and work product and shall relate back to, cover, include and <br /> govern any and all information and strategy shared between the Parties or their counsel <br /> before the execution of this Agreement in connection with the Refund Claim. • <br /> 19. Complete Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the sole and complete <br /> agreement between and among the Parties relating to Joint Defense Information.
