4 CITY OF EVERETT <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into on this day of ,2010,by and between <br /> the CITY OF EVERETT,a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington, <br /> hereinafter referred to as the"City,"and STRATEGY SOFTWARE,INC.,a Washington corporation, <br /> whose address is 2722 Colby Avenue,Suite 515,Everett,WA 98201,hereinafter referred to as the <br /> "Service Provider." <br /> WHEREAS,the City desires to engage Service Provider to continue to collect,review,update,host and <br /> maintain a web-based economic development data download facility for the City of Everett;and <br /> WHEREAS, Service Provider represented,and by entering into this Agreement now represents,that it is <br /> fully qualified to perform the work to be performed hereunder in a competent and professional manner; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,the parties herein do mutually agree as follows: <br /> 1. Engagement of Service Provider, In a competent and professional manner,Service Provider <br /> shall provide the following services(hereafter referred to as"Work"): <br /> Provide software,application hosting,and data-gathering services that enable City to publish an economic <br /> development data download facility on City's website. Data will be constantly reviewed and updated <br /> according to a monthly data maintenance schedule that ensures that the information is accurate and recent, <br /> including data that is collected through primary research. Data will consist of the following IEDC data <br /> tables for site selection committees: <br /> Leading Employers(Table 3) <br /> New Companies in the Area(Table 4) <br /> Average Salary by Selected Occupation(Table 11) <br /> Workers Compensation and Unemployment Insurance(Table 12) <br /> Labor-Management Relations(Percent of Workforce Organiied Only)(Table 13) <br /> Taxation(Real and personal property only)(Table 15) <br /> Occupancy(Average costs of sites only)(Table 16) <br /> Utilities(Table 17) <br /> Quality of Life(education data)(Table 21) <br /> Demographics(Table 1) <br /> Labor Force Characteristics(Table 2) <br /> and at least nine of the following additional IEDC data tables: <br /> Military Bases(Table 5) <br /> Research Bases(Table 6) <br /> Higher Education—Four Year Universities(Table 7) <br /> Community Colleges(Table 8) <br /> Voc/Tech Education(Table 9) <br /> Payroll Costs by Industry(Table 10) <br /> Transportation(Table 14) <br /> Environmental(Table 18) <br /> Government(Table 19) <br /> International Resources(Table 20) <br /> Available Office Building(Table 22) <br /> Existing Office Site Profile(Table 23) <br /> 1t <br />
