Adjust water meter box 1" abovs sidewalk grade. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspeclor (i.e. ali unused driveways and any broken or damaged area must be replaced). Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. Pave driveway from the front properly line out to the street paving. 20. Cantact the _ sewer services. 21 Water District for connecting provisions for this building's waler and A c2tch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is required for the parking area. If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge intn a private mantiole, then gravity flow across the public right-of-way. 23.
