PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />4. Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />5. Connecl side sewer per Cily Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />6. Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />7. Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainaye system prov�ded for this lot. <br />6. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of �verett Storm <br />Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for <br />more details. <br />�;i <br />The r,ontractor must meet w�th the Public Works Inspector to discuss potenlial drainage routing prior to <br />beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw <br />bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Inslall erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards (or small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of lhe project prior to flnal approval of the perrnit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways �hall be hauled to an approved, <br />permilted sile. No wasting of malerial is allowed on this building lot. <br />No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be lracked onto roadway. <br />No building materials to be stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept clean and open for <br />pedestrian travel. <br />Adjust water meter box 1" abovs sidewalk grade. <br />Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on <br />this proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspeclor (i.e. ali unused driveways and any <br />broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front properly line out to the street paving. <br />20. Cantact the _ <br />sewer services. <br />21 <br />Water District for connecting provisions for this building's waler and <br />A c2tch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is required for the <br />parking area. <br />If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge intn a private mantiole, then <br />gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br />23.
