EVERETT CFTY COUNCIL PRELIMINARY AGENDA 6:30 P.M., WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31, 2010 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS Roll Call Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes: March 24, 2010 Mayor's Comments Council Comments City Attorney Citizen Comments CONSENT ITEMS: (1) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,015,351.89 the period of March 13, 2010 through March 19, 2010 (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,458,737.38 the period ending March 13, 2010 (3) Authorize a Call for Bids for the Riverfront Surcharge Phase 3 Project (4) Accept the Everett Fire Station No. 4 - Building Envelope Repairs Project with Corstone Contractors, LLC as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion releasing retainage in the amount of $16,283.97 (5) Authorize the closure of one lane of Seahurst Avenue from the 4500 block to 5100 block for the Harborview-Seahurst-Glen Haven Neighborhood annual Easter Parade on April 3, 2010, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with the attached conditions (6) Approve a rolling street closure from California and Rockefeller to Wetmore, south to Wall, west to Colby, north to 15th Street, east to Wetmore, south to 19th, west to Colby, south to California and east to Oakes for a 1 mile and 5K Fun Run with the additional rolling street closure of Colby north to Alverson to the Legion Park parking lot, and back to Grand Avenue, south to 19th, and east to Colby to be included for the 10K Fun Run with the attached conditions ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually) (7) Adopt the Riverfront Development Public Amenities Master Plan (8) CB 1003-09 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "41st Street Extension and Roundabout," Fund 308, Program 002, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 3079-08 AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF PAGE
