8 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "414 Street <br /> Extension and Roundabout,"Fund 308,Program 002,to accumulate all costs for <br /> the improvement'project and repealing Ordinance No. 3079-08. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned development of the Riverfront area; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement <br /> program;and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 308, Program 002, entitled "41St <br /> Street Extension and Roundabout," to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and <br /> repealing Ordinance No. 3079-08. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 308, <br /> Program 002,for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director,"under direction <br /> of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all <br /> things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $13,704,481.13 is hereby appropriated to Fund 308, Program 002, "41St Street <br /> Extension and Roundabout,"as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design $ 1,656,772.99 <br /> Construction 12,047,708.14 <br /> Total Estimated Cost 10 4 $ 13,704,481.13 <br />
