<br /> } Everett Parks and Recreation Department has proposed the construction of an off-leash dog
<br /> 'area at Langus Riverfront Park. The Parks and Recreation Department has determined that '
<br /> iconstruction would be tentatively scheduled for after 2015.

<br /> $'3 This budget amendment is for the construction of a Phase I,for this project,consisting of f,
<br /> 1constructing the ultimate fencing,in the ultimate location. Phase I will contain the majority of r%
<br /> the ultimate fendng,signing,dog stations, people/dogs gates,vehicle gates,some minor
<br /> grading,and gravel paths from the street to the entrance gates. Parks and Recreation
<br /> Department has determined the approximately cost of Phase I.will be$40,000.
<br /> The funds for Phase I will be raised through donations from community efforts,coordinated by
<br /> Animal Services. All donations towards the Phase I construction will be placed in Fund for the
<br /> .. ;Animals, Fund 151,in a unique subfund,to monitor the balance. •
