We have no record that this condition of approval has <br /> been met: there is no record of plumbing/mcchanical rough in or final inspections, except for <br /> rough in gas piping. Copies of the Building inspector's reports are enclosed. <br /> The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized <br /> by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time atler work is commenced for a period of <br /> 180 days. The permit is now expiring, and will be sent to microfilm records without final <br /> approval unless you elect to have Plumbing and Mechanical inspections. If work has been <br /> completed, inspections at this stege may require providing access to systems that have been <br /> covered.
