<br /> DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT:
<br /> The construction plans and specifications for the ARRA Overlay Program are complete and the project is
<br /> ready to be advertised for construction bids. The arterial streets to be overlaid this year have been prioritized
<br /> and selected on the basis of the City's Pavement Management System. The overlay project includes a base
<br /> bid of approximately 2,887 tons of hot-mix asphalt,utility adjustments,and all other appurtenances necessary
<br /> to complete the work.
<br /> The source of funds for this project is:
<br /> Fund 303,Program 088 $ 903,640.90
<br /> RECOMMENDATION:
<br /> Authorize the Call for Bids for the 2010 ARRA Overlay Program.
