The Fixed <br /> Booth License Agreement was not received from Snohomish County for processing in a timely manner and <br /> resulted in the inability to submit this agreement for City Council approval prior to the Spring Recreation <br /> Expo. Snohomish County requested the Department to participate with the understanding that the <br /> Department would request Council action. There was no cost for the Department to participate in this event. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Fixed Booth License Agreement with Snohomish County for the Spring <br /> Recreation Expo. <br /> 11 <br />
