4.i Public Access &Non-Discrimination.
<br /> • Licensee shall insure that no person shall be denied service or discriminated against regardless of race, creed,
<br /> color, national origin, sex, the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical handicap, or the use of trained guide
<br /> dogs by a blind, deaf,or physically disabled persons.
<br /> • Unrestricted access must always be a consideration when planning concession layout.
<br /> 5. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under Federal laws, Licensee and EXPO must provide
<br /> accommodations for people with hearing,visual, physical, etc., disabilities upon advance request.
<br /> 6. Counterfeit Or Imitation Merchandise is illegal and strictly forbidden. Licensee is knowingly in violation if they
<br /> intend to sell or distribute merchandise that has,a counterfeit logo, graphic or brand name that is identical to, or
<br /> substantially indistinguishable from a registered such trademark, and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

<br /> 4. Forklift Services. Arran'gementsshould be made with Vendor; ervices for forklift services. Services are Vbased
<br /> on"first come first served". A signed",.Hold•i-larmless"Waive is required
<br /> Licensees shall not place any advertising material on,;E `"b.•uildings;fences, aisle ways,walkways, trees, or any
<br /> other location outside the space assigned,nor shall advertising mat`eriats,signage or similar items be distributed
<br /> outside of assigned space.'.Signs and Materials°are subject to thefolloywingsconditions:
<br /> 1. SIGNS.
<br /> • Are limited to the name of contracted Licensee,,Comtiany orprimary producfe(s).
<br /> • May not be attached to EXPO buildings,poles,or other EXPO,sproperty.
<br /> • Trailers or Canopies—Roof signs must be secureiy„attached and may not exceed a height of 36"above the roof
<br /> at the front of the stand unless pre-approved by EXPO.
<br /> • Width may not exceed the width of the assigned booth.
<br /> • Front may not extend out more than the thickness of the sign(maximum 6")in flush arrangement.
<br /> • No signs or combination lengths of signs may exceed the total width of the stand.
<br /> • EXPO may demand and effect the immediate removal of any sign or advertising materials based on contents,
<br /> design or general appearance, or those which,at EXPO's discretion it considers objectionable.
<br /> 2. HANDMADE SIGNS—All signs should be of.prrofessional.quality as determined by EXPO.
<br /> 3. PRICE SIGNS—If price signs are utilized,signs must be small, neat, and inoffensive. EXPO may require
<br /> concessionaire to remove any price sign EXPOdeems objectionable.
<br /> 4. REFUNDS AND SALES—Licensee's refund policy must be posted in a visible location within booth—policy
<br /> must be"visible"and"readable" by the public. Additional refund information with a telephone number and address
<br /> for patrons to contact Licensee must be available upon request(also refer to"Unlawful Business Practices"in this
<br /> manual).
