CURFEW—Outside lighting and noise curfew for the RV lot is 10:00 p.m. • <br /> 7. PROHIBITED—Open flames are not allowed on the Fairgrounds at any time. ' <br /> 8. Do not dump gray or waste water on the ground. <br /> 9. EXPO assumes no responsibility for damage,injuries or loss to campers or their property. <br /> 10. ELECTRICAL—RV units permit a maximum of 10 AMPS or 120 volts. <br /> 11. DOGS— <br /> • You are encouraged to NOT bring your dogs or pets to the EXPO. <br /> • If unavoidable, dogs/pets must remain in RV. Theyarenot allowed inside the Fairgrounds (exception of assistant <br /> dogs,police dogs in the performance of their duty,and dogs registered in the 4H dog competitions). <br /> • Dogs left in vehicles, other than an RV, will be impounded by Animal Control with no notice to and at owners <br /> expense. <br /> • Disturbances from dogs(day or night)in the RV lots will not be,tolerated. <br /> • Owners are responsible for clean up after their animals at all times. County leash laws are in effect. <br /> . 7 <br /> < .J <br /> 1, Conduct and deportment with the general public, other vendors, EXPO representative and personnel, or vendors own <br /> employees and personnel is of extreme importance to the EXPO. <br /> 2. Persons not practicing good conduct and deportment may be subject to removal from the grounds and/or not invited to <br /> return the next year. <br /> 3. Concessionaires shall ensure that all officers, agents, employees, and concession related invitees are clean, orderly, <br /> and polite in their conduct and speech. • <br /> 4. Concessionaires shall operate strictly within the limits of their assigned space, not In the aisles, walk ways, or road <br /> ways. "Hawking"is not permitted. <br /> 5. Disrupting or interfering with the operation of another concession is not allowed. <br /> 6. "Posing"as a buyer at other concessions in order to solicit or sell to that concession's customers is not allowed. <br /> 7. Concessions approved for"sound devices" must keep volume down so they do not interfere with,the activities or sales <br /> of other concessionaires. <br /> 8. Assigned•spaces are to be kept clean at all times with no accumulation of trash, paper or other combustible materials. <br /> 9. REFUNDS AND SALES AGREEMENTS <br /> Refund policy must be "readable" and posted in a "highly visible" location within assigned space. Additional refund <br /> information including telephone number and address for patrons to contact, must be available upon request(also refer to <br /> "Unlawful Business Practices"in this manual). <br /> 2. SECURITY- Night time security is on duty Thursday evening—Sunday morning. EXPO assumes NO responsibility for <br /> materials left unsecured in the booths. Weapons or intoxicating liquors are not allowed on the Fairgrounds. <br /> 3. LOST AND FOUND <br /> Lost or found items should be reported to or turned into the Vendor Services Office. Found items will be retained for thirty <br /> (30)days before they are disposed of. <br /> 4. SOUND DEVICES <br /> Sound devices(recorders, PA systems, microphones, etc.)are not allowed unless they are an integral part of the display <br /> and have been pre-approved by EXPO. <br /> • If approved,volume of any sound devices must not interferewiththe activities and sales of other concessionaires. <br /> • Hawking is not permitted. <br /> • Approval may be revoked at any time at EXPO Management's discretion. <br /> 5. EMERGENCY OR INCIDENT REPORTING <br /> EXPO management needs to be informed of accidents and incidents that occur during the EXPO. A report form is <br /> available in the Vendor Services office for reporting incidents including injuries or accidents to persons or property,verbal <br /> threats,violence,theft,fire,or hazardous conditions of any.kind <br /> 18 <br />
