<br /> DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT:
<br /> The general contractor,Landmark Structures Management,completed the Casino Water Tank project in
<br /> accordance with the plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department.
<br /> The amounts paid the contractor under this contract are as follows:
<br /> Amount paid to date is$13,798,982.42. Retainage amount withheld is$665,618.04. The remaining due is
<br /> $665,618.04.
<br /> With Council's approval,the Casino Water Tank project will be accepted as complete and the retainage in
<br /> the amount of$665,618.04 will be released.
<br /> •
<br /> RECOMMENDATION:
<br /> Accept the Casino Water Tank Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of
<br /> Completion with Landmark Structures Management allowing release of the retainage in the amount
<br /> $665,618.04.
