4 <br /> Permit Conditions <br /> General. <br /> 1. The event will only be open from 5:00 p.m.to 22:00 p.m.on June 7,2010. Street barricades will <br /> be available at intersections,and will be placed by Snohomish County Sheriffs Office to block <br /> intersections as approved on the attached street closure plan starting at 4:00 p.m. Cars parked <br /> in the street closure area will be towed by Everett Police Department starting at 4:00 p.m. The <br /> streets will be available for set-up once towing has been concluded. <br /> 2. Permit may be revoked at any time after issuance if,in the sole opinion of the City staff, <br /> satisfactory compliance with permit conditions is not achieved or maintained. <br /> 3. Material changes to the street closure plan presented to the city as of March 29,2010 may only <br /> be made by Snohomish County Sheriffs Office with the City's approval. In its sole discretion,the <br /> City may withhold approval. Snohomish County Sheriff's Office acknowledges that such changes <br /> should be submitted sufficiently in advance to allow the City adequate time to review the <br /> proposed changes. <br /> 4. In the event any amendment or adoption of an ordinance takes effect before or during the <br /> event,Snohomish County Sheriffs Office shall comply with the requirements of such ordinance, <br /> even if such ordinance establishes different requirements than those described in these <br /> conditions. These permit conditions will be deemed to be amended by such ordinance. <br /> Health/Safety <br /> 5. Snohomish County Sheriffs Office must clean up;the City will not provide cleaning equipment <br /> or labor. All clean up will be completed prior to street opening,but no later than 10:00 p.m. <br /> Snohomish County Sheriffs Office will be charged for any fees related to clean-up if not <br /> completed to the satisfaction of the City. The City Street Department will conduct a clean-up <br /> inspection. <br /> 6. The permit and closures may be suspended or terminated for life/safety reasons or for failure or <br /> refusal to timely comply with reasonable direction by city personnel,such as police or fire,or <br /> failure to comply with permit conditions. <br /> Vendors <br /> No Vendor Requirements <br /> Financial <br /> No Financial Requirements <br /> Traffic <br /> 7. The street closure area is approved as designated on the attached street closure plan. City of <br /> Everett Street Department will post no parking signs on the east side of 2400 Colby at least 72 <br /> hours in advance of the event so that vehicles can be towed as needed. Everett Police Parking <br /> Enforcement will tow any vehicles that remain in the designated no parking areas on June 7, <br /> 2010 at 4:00 p.m. City of Everett Street Department will leave road closure barricades at the <br /> intersections of Colby and 24th St and at Colby and 25th St. in advance of the event. <br /> 8. Snohomish County Sheriff's Office shall arrange for placement of all necessary barricades and <br /> signs at the time of the street closure. Snohomish County Sheriff's Office shall provide any and <br /> all labor for manning traffic barricades at intersections. Barricades will always be manned by <br /> Snohomish County Sheriff's Office and moved as needed for emergency access or other needs. <br /> 9. Snohomish County Sheriffs Office staff and volunteers will remove all traffic barricades and <br /> signage no later than 10:00 p.m.and place all City barricades and signage at the intersection <br /> corner(off street)for pickup by the City. <br /> 16 <br />
