Install new windows with proper design pressure ratings. <br /> Install windows with penetration wraps and flashings. <br /> Replace sliding glass doors on the third floor and second floor exposed to the <br /> weather. Install with drainage pans and penetration wraps. <br /> Reuse existing sliding glass doors under cover. Reinstall with drainage pans and <br /> penetration wraps. <br /> Install (2) layers Grade 'R' —15 or Grade 'D'-60 minute felt paper. Install with <br /> proper horizontal and vertical joint laps and continuous at inside and outside <br /> comers. <br /> Install 1x6 tightknot cedar siding, kiln dried. Siding shall be supplied preprimed <br /> with breathable alkyd primer/sealer on all sides and prefrnished with (2) coats <br /> 100% acrylic latex paint on exposed surfaces. Outside corners shall be completed <br /> with preformed sheet metal comers. <br /> Install 5/4 tightknot cedar trim and 2x10 bellyband. Belly band shall be installed <br /> at all floor levels. Both kiln dried. Outside comer trim shall be eliminated. Feld <br /> back prime. <br /> Install hooded exhaust vents.
