We have 36" doors with lever door knobs.
We have allowed a 30 space in obathrooms for a wheelchair or walker, as well
the side walk ramp from the road to the homes. The adaptable parts will allow an A.D.A
or H/C person to purchase our homes. During initial sell out if asked we will change the
kitchen cabinets to have a space for a wheelchair, pun in the correct appliances, and put on
the grab bars in the bathtubs(we have already provided backing behind the sheet rock).
Thank you for your understanding in this matter, it is hard enough to sell a home. Of the
8 units available for sale in the P building, 5 units have sold. We are sitting on 3 units at
Keatons all of which are either ADA or H/C units.
Sincerely,
Jeff Dye
D.O.C.
JD/sm
c.c.
