City <br /> is acquiring a strip of land varying in width from five (5) feet to eleven (11) feet, <br /> five feet east of southwest corner of the H. U.D. property. <br /> Legal Descriptions: <br /> Daily: The west-71 feet of the north 130 feet of Lot 35, Highland Acres. <br /> Emery: The south half of the north half of Lot 34, Highland Acres. <br /> Sahlbom: The north 75 feet of the south 150 feet of Lot 35, Highland Acres. <br /> Dept. of Housing & Urban Development: The south half of Lot 34, Highland <br /> Acres; except the east 70 feet thereof. <br /> Address: East side of Beverly Lane from 58th Street to 60th Street. <br /> After visual observation of the subject property and considering all the, testimony <br /> given, it was moved by Mr. Ingram, seconded by Mr. Cronin, and unanimously <br /> carried to grant the applicants' request.
