The house in the rear belonging to another person does not have <br /> a wide enough right of way to 60th Street. <br /> I will grant an additional nine feet as driveway easement to make <br /> a twenty foot right of way from the street to the property in <br /> back of our lot. <br /> C <br /> The property was split on May 26, 1960 by R. W. McNeley and <br /> recorded at the court house on this date. When I bought the <br /> property February 3, 1961 , 1 did not know that there was a <br /> restriction against building on a piece of property in front <br /> of another. I understood that as long as I had sixty feet of <br /> frontage along 60th street that the lot would be buildable. <br /> I did not know that there was any restriction as <br /> Ipti t��i�`tance <br /> gf tdhe r ght of w ,y to the roperty in the rear. <br /> tRe T8�e ted wi'Y#i�ok� �,yh��i�8'JR, ?.me as I will r e unable to sell <br /> I will grant a nine foot easement to the already existing and <br /> recorded 11 .4 foot driveway to m ke a twenty foot right of <br /> way to the property in the rear of our mot. <br />
