Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2006 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Show cross section cf entire "aywing addition" including footings. Show depth of <br /> footings and depth below grade. <br /> 2. Provide gravity calculations for header(s) supporting new roof load in existing house. <br /> 3. All post/beain and post/footing connections shall be capable of resisting uplift and <br /> lateral displacement. <br /> 4. Skylights shown on plans appear to be smaller than what is Installed on the roof in <br /> the field; please correct. Specify curb height on skylights. <br /> 5. Provide elevation views of proposed roof. Show all windows on existing house that <br /> will be covered by the new roof. <br /> 6. Remove all references to new carport from drawing (including the site plan). <br /> 7. The site plan submitted is not to scale.
